Matthew Winner, full time library media specialist at Ducketts Lane, was recognized at McDaniel College on Wednesday, March 30th as the 2016 Joseph R. Bailer Award recipient. The Bailer Award is given annually to a former graduate of the master's program who has subsequently made a significant contribution to the field of education.
